Minco is certified to ISO 9001:2000 / AS9100B, EN9100, SJAC9100, ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000 (Registrar: TÜV). Minco's formal quality assurance program has the capability of meeting the following 
requirements:
Periodic self-audits, as well as audits by customers, assure continuing conformance to these specifications. Statistical Process Control and Lean/Sigma 6 initiatives are being applied to monitor and improve process parameters.
Quality of work and training are emphasized at Minco. Ongoing commitment to AS9100B / ISO 9001:2000 includes programs to educate, motivate, and involve the entire workforce in proper quality procedures. Management encourages engineering, production, and administrative employees to make quality the prime consideration in all activities.
Some customers have certified Minco for "dock-to-stock" programs, in which the customer waives incoming inspection, allowing Minco inspectors to perform final acceptance of parts. We also apply "Just-In-Time" operating principles to eliminate waste and reduce cycle times.
