Minco Products' Privacy Statement

Minco Products, Inc. is the sole owner of the information it gathers on its site. Minco will not share your personal information with any outside parties, except in ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may, however need to disclose your information if we are required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our Web site.

What Information is Collected and How is the Data Used?

Lead Generation Survey

Individuals may express interest in learning more about Minco's product offerings through the Request Information Form. Minco will collect contact information such as name, company name, email address, and phone number, referring source, product application information, and the types of products that you indicate that are of interest to you. Minco will use this information so that we may produce a response based on your interests and communicate it with you. We will contact you once regarding our products and subsequent contacts will be based upon the outcome of the initial contact (i.e. follow up to answer additional questions).

Customer Satisfaction Survey

Customer and website visitors will occasionally be invited to participate in a Customer Satisfaction or Feedback Survey. The survey may ask you various questions with regards to your experience as a Minco customer or as a visitor on our website. The answers you provide are anonymous unless you choose to provide us with your contact information. Minco will use this survey data to improve its product and service offerings and website experience.

Individuals may also choose to opt-in to receive updates from Minco regarding new products or Minco's monthly newsletter. If you need to update your contact information (such as email address), please contact Minco at sales@minco.com. Customers and Representatives also may contact their Sales Engineer to update their contact information.

Protecting your privacy and your information is a top priority at Minco. We have taken careful measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information. Once we receive your information that was entered into our web site, it is stored behind a firewall. All Minco employees are aware of our privacy and security policies. Your information is only accessible to those employees who need it in order to perform their jobs.
